Independent Account Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will build your own business through B2B cold calling and networking. Your recurring revenue stream of loyal clients who will look to your expertise in the ever changing, online media industry. As you build your account base you will have the opportunity to move into management, where you can earn overrides from your sales team. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
— Cold call local businesses on a daily basis within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
— Utilize a personal CRM database to better track all potential sales.
— Follow-up potential prospects with emails and/or phone calls on a daily basis.
— Do sales presentations every day.
— Close sales opportunities in a timely manner.
— Maintain customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service.
— Contact and upgrade customer programs as new products become available on a quarterly basis.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO KNOW?
— A basic understanding of the internet - search engines, social media, online directories, apps etc.
— Desire to build your own business.
— Background in outdoor sales - business to business.
— Must have smartphone/tablet.
— Working knowledge of CRM is an asset.
— Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to cold call potential clients.

As a field manager you have a complete understanding and knowledge of the digital media industry, can close deals on a regular basis and know how to train, develop and bring out the best in your sales team. You will build your own business through B2B cold calling and networking. Your recurring revenue stream of loyal clients who will look to your expertise in the ever changing, online media industry. BizNearby will hire a sales team for you to train and develop while you continue to build your base of clients. Your hard work will pay off handsomely in the form of generous commissions, bonuses and overrides.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

— Train your sales team to be self-sufficient independent sales reps.

— Go on sales calls with your sales team and have them shadow you on your calls.

— Maintain customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service.
— Contact and upgrade customer programs as new products become available on a quarterly basis.
